Final Pizza Oven Layout…. hopefully

Finally got the ground leveled and footers for the roof dug. It’s now time to set the forms for the oven foundation so I need to finalize the base design.
I struggled to come up with a way to do 45° angles with the block base of the oven. The only way I could do it left a seem where the blocks wouldn’t be tied together from one course to the next. I found some radiused block that I was able to make work but it made the base slightly smaller than I had hoped. This new design gives me about 6″ overhang all around. I think this will be okay because I’ll be using rebar in the hearth and the weight from the dome is now positioned almost directly on top of the walls.
Anybody have any thought on why this wont work?pizza oven

Hope I didn’t kill the tree by cutting these but needed to clear the way for the deck

I had to get closer to the tree than I wanted, and because I did, there were some large roots that had to be cut.

Latest Renderings

Here are some renderings with the latest Wood Fired Pizza Oven design.Image

New Oven Plan

I couldnt get the 42″ Wood Fired Oven (WFO) to fit so I changed it to a 36″. Moved some things around a bit, sketched in the new kegerator. It’s a little close to the fence so I’m not sure if it will work. Hope to get some input soon.bar layout

New Kegerator

I picked up this two door TDD-3 kegerator for $700 on craigslist. It needs Freon, but the guy said if it costs too much to fix, bring it back for a full refund. We’ll see how it goes.
New one is on the right. Old TBB-4 90″ kegerator on the left. Anyone wanna buy it?

Where to put the Wood Fired Oven?

I started researching wood fired ovens so that I can finalize the floorplan and start digging. I realized that the 36″x48″ spot I had set aside for the oven is WAY too small. According to http://www.fornobravo.com/forum (which is an excellent resource for WFO’s) I need a spot about 65″x78″. So I need to get creative and make this fit because I am set on building one. Any ideas of where I can fit it?

Proposed Deck Framing

Too much? Too little?
With the 2X6 framing, is all the blocking needed as shown or is that overkill?
